Senorita is a 7 year old Chihuahua who was surrendered to a shelter by her Amish breeder because he decided she was no longer useful. Understandlbly she has lots of hurdles to overcome but with paitence and love she is slowly progressing. 

After spending several days with us she started asking for attention and will give slight affection back. She is good with other animals, although she prefers they don't sniff around her face too much when they do she does tend to snap at them, otherwise she is good to lay around other animals (both dogs and cats of all sizes) 

We would greatly prefer someone who has had some experience with puppy mill dogs. She is afraid of men with beards (but as her foster daddy is a beared man we are working on that, she is now at the point she will allow him to handle her without getting to scared) She is not housetrained and doesn't like grass too much especially if it is wet so that is another work in progress that an adopter must be willing to continue. 

She is a very sweet dog who went through horrible things but her future is bright.
