This is Hailey, one of our newest residents being fostered at the Mikey & Me kennels for Happy Days Rescue.

Hailey is a one year old Hound Mix, she has a beautiful reddish-brown coat, and she weighs about 40 pounds. Hailey has a very nice temperament and she enjoys meeting new people. She seems nonreactive to other dogs outside except when she’s kenneled and another dog is walked by her. But I think it’s just Hailey barking out of frustration that she can’t play with them.

Hailey will be going to the Vet soon and she will get all necessary shots and a heart worm test. I will schedule her to be spayed at the soonest available time; Hailey will also be microchipped for her safety.

If you would like to meet or potentially adopt Hailey, please submit an adoption application at . Doing this won’t obligate you in any way but it does allow Happy Days Rescue to get your background check started. Once your app is approved, I can invite you out to meet Hailey here in Chelsea.

Please help me find a loving family for Hailey by sharing this post with your friends and family. I will post more photos on Sunday when our volunteer photographer is able to capture them.

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to    Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.    Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
