Description:

Milo Jean is a really sweet and loving dog. She has high puppy energy but is learning commands really well and is eager to please. She is crate trained but really loves cuddling and sleeping with her human. She is a dog that will love everyone but will bond especially well with her human/humans. She does great with kids, but because of her high energy they should be 6 years or older. She likes to play with other dogs but her energy can be a bit much for some of them. She is non-reactive to cats. Milo Jean would do best in a home with a family that loves to go on road trips, camp, boat, hike etc. She loves meeting new people and thrives on adventure. She will sleep in a tent and snore until you make her get up and fireworks don’t phase her. She would be really bored in a home without new adventures. While she loves to be on the go she will also lay next to you and chill anytime you want to. Whoever adopts Milo Jean will be getting the best of both worlds; a puppy that is trained but also young enough to teach new tricks.   HDDCR requires a spay/neuter contract by the adopter if puppies and kittens in our care are too young for sterilization. This is a form the adopter signs at the time of adoption, confirming that they will get the pet spayed/neutered by a certain date. We will hold a $50 deposit on top of the adoption fee until we receive proof from a veterinarian that the dog was spayed/neutered. The $50 deposit will then be returned to the adopter.

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to    Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a    $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee    to change information.   Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
