Description:
Hi, my name is Rudi, and I am an American pit bull terrier mix, who doesn’t even weigh 8 lbs yet. I think I may be mixed with a little Weimaraner as at least 4 people have mentioned that the color reminds them of that breed. I have no idea what I’m mixed with but it doesn’t really matter because I am so cute and loving. I am approximately 8 weeks old, and have had a pretty rough start in life. About 2 weeks ago I was in a car accident and fractured my tibia that’s why my leg is splinted. Don’t worry the Dr. told me it will heal just fine in about 4-5 weeks. I am a very fun, playful little man. I get along well with my 2 dog brothers that live with me. My foster mom doesn’t know how I would do with cats, because there aren’t any that live here. I am working hard on potty training and am doing very well! I have only had one accident in my crate. I love to play with are soft, furry toys with squeakers in therm. I also love a variety of bones and things to chew on, because I am currently teething….the more the better. One of my favorite things to do is to snuggle my foster mom. I love it when she gives me kisses on my cheek. Of course, I kiss right back. I love to hide my nose in her elbow while sitting on her lap. My absolute favorite thing in the world is to lay on my sherpa blanket. I love how it feels, and it keeps me so warm. I am your typical puppy who has puppy energy, but when I’m tired, I love to lay next to someone, snuggle up and take a nap. I am a super sweet boy who has not let my beginning affect me at all. I even don’t mind car rides; I love to sit in someone’s lap and snuggle the whole time! If you are looking for a sweet, puppy, who has nothing but a ton of love to give, then I am the one for you. Puppies and kittens in our care that are too young for sterilization. This is a form the adopter signs at the time of adoption, confirming that they will get the pet spayed/neutered by a certain date. We will hold a $50 deposit on top of the adoption fee until we receive proof from a veterinarian that the dog was spayed/neutered. The $50 deposit will then be returned to the adopter.
