Meet Spencer, our newest resident at the Mikey & Me kennels for Happy Days Rescue.

Spencer is a 5 and 1/2 month old Mixed breed and he’s about as cute as they come. His coat looks marbled with rich brown and grey colors. He has large front feet so we’re guessing he may grow up to be a big boy, but it’s anyone’s guess really. His coat is cottony soft and he has a thick tail not to mention his beautiful brown eyes.

Spencer was found as a stray, he’s had his vaccinations (including rabies), but he’s too young yet to be neutered. He has an extremely friendly personality, he loves people, being outside, and he soaks up any and all attention given to him by our volunteers. Spencer should do very well with a puppy training program.

If you would like to meet or potentially adopt Spencer, please submit an adoption application under his name at  happydaysdogandcatrescue.org . Once approved, I will arrange Meets with those applicants that can offer him a safe and happy life, in the order they are received.

HDDCR requires a spay/neuter contract by the adopter if puppies and kittens in our care are too young for sterilization. This is a form the adopter signs at the time of adoption, confirming that they will get the pet spayed/neutered by a certain date. We will hold a $50 deposit on top of the adoption fee until we receive proof from a veterinarian that the dog was spayed/neutered. The $50 deposit will then be returned to the adopter.​
