Shep is a wonderful little guy who loves to follow you around and lay by your feet. Shep has some skin issues, is prone to ear infections as most Cocker Spaniels do,
and is hard of hearing therefor a invisible fence will not do for him as he would not hear a predetor coming after him.
Shep does have issues resource guarding his toys and would not be a good idea to have children around him and or other dogs.
he does okay with dogs otherwise.  As mentioned below Shep had not been neutered yet and does like to mark , so a Belly band is recommended at this time.
He has not had any accidents in the home other than the marking. 

 

Shep is new to the rescue, we will know more about him soon. I do know that he will require a fenced-in yard ,
he likes to run out the door and, no young children. Shep has resource guarding issues with his toys,
so another dog who likes toys will cause issues.  Shep He has not been neutered yet, but will be when we can get an appointment.
