Luger is a 3-year-old Aussiedoodle.  He is the father to Sadie, also available for adoption.  He is a 'moyen' or medium size doodle, being about 17" tall.  Luger has been socialized with kids and loves playing with toys.  Luger's foster mom says he's like "Velcro; he bonded to me really quickly.  Leads on a leash like a dream. Rides in the car well. Food motivated, working on sit and stay. No accidents in the house we are using bells on the door."  Luger may do best as an only dog since he wants all your attention.

Anyone interested in adopting Luger should know his grooming needs will be substantial in order to keep his coat mat-free.  He will be seeing the vet soon for needed vaccines, neuter and microchip.  We will have more information about Luger as we get to know him better.  

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to    Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.    Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
