Meet Ingrid, one of our newest residents at the Mikey & Me kennels in Chelsea, Mi for Happy Days Rescue.

Ingrid is about 1 year of age, she weighs 40 pounds, she’s listed as a Mountain Cur mix, and she’s a beautiful dog; her coat is both white and brindled in color. Ingrid came to us along with Irving, another of our newest residents, when their family wasn’t able to provide for their safety. She is a loving and happy girl, she enjoys meeting new people and sitting on your lap when she insists on having a few moments of your attention. Ingrid is good with other nice dogs, she enjoys taking walks with her pal, and she has a pleasant overall demeanor.

Ingrid had her essential vaccinations at the shelter on 12/27 and her first Vet visit in Dexter has been scheduled where she will be tested for heart worm disease and implanted with a microchip for her safety.

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to    Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.    Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
