Hi everyone,

Meet Pua, one of our newest arrivals at the Mikey & Me kennels for Happy Days Rescue.

Pua is a Beagle mix, he’s about 8 months old, and he weighs just 31 pounds. He is extremely friendly, he loves meeting new people, he plays nicely with kids, and he has done well meeting some of our other residents.

Pua has been vaccinated and he tested negative for heart worm disease on 12/28/23.
He is being given a monthly heart worm preventative as well as flea/tick prevention. His first Vet appt. in Dexter is scheduled for next Tueaday, March 12th. We will be setting a date for his neuter surgery at that time.

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to    Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.    Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
