Hi my name is Boomer.  I am almost 2 years old. I am a Cattle Dog (AKA) Blue Heeler. I may be a little mixed, but not sure. I was surrendered by my owner for a better life. I am aprox 55lbs. I love people and am friendly with other dogs. Not sure if I like cats. I have never lived with small children, so maybe older kids would be good for me. I am house broke and crate trained. I do need more training. I can sit, go down, usually come when called, working on drop it, when I bring the ball back. I like to play fetch, go on car rides, go swimming, hike in the woods and run around. I really just like to be around people and get attention.

Boomer will be visiting the vet for a health check and needed vaccines.  He will be neutered and microchipped before going to adoption.

Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to    Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information.    Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
