Dog Adoption Application

Please keep in mind that the average cost of owning a healthy dog can be between $400 and $500 a year, which includes annual exam and vaccines, Heartworm and fecal testing, Heartworm and flea/tick meds.  If health issues or accidents occur, this cost can be even higher.

As a dog owner it will be your responsibility to protect the dog and protect others.  We ask that you do not leave your dog outside unattended.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
