HI!  My name is Myles! I am a Pomeranian mix and came from a rural shelter in Ohio.  My foster mom does not know much about my circumstances but she thinks they were not so good! I came in very scared, underweight, had a skin infection, ear infection and some hair loss. BUT guess what! I am all better now! My beautiful hair has all grown back and all of my yukky's have been treated! I am a new guy! My foster mom says I have better hair than she does!!
I am a little hesitant with strangers but warm up very quickly! I LOVE my squeaky toy's and play fetch like a champ! My foster mom has another foster dog and we play fetch together! Although I pretty much always come back with the toy! OH and I very much like kisses and snuggles! I get to sleep in my foster moms bed and even with all my hair, I like to burrow under the covers. I am a happy guy and very grateful to be in a safe place.  *This part is important- I will need a new family with little dog experience, no first time pet owners please. I need a person or persons who will be my pac leader(s). I will need a fenced in yard and no small children.
I like it at my foster mom's house but she says she is going to get me a family of my very own! I am excited to meet them. Could you be my new family?

Please remember to include your vet's information, we do vet checks. Once you are approved they will send your application to my foster mom and she will contact you, to see if we are a good match.  Then we can arrange a meet and great.

HDDCR requires a spay/neuter contract by the adopter if puppies and kittens in our care are too young for sterilization. This is a form the adopter signs at the time of adoption, confirming that they will get the pet spayed/neutered by a certain date. We will hold a $50 deposit on top of the adoption fee until we receive proof from a veterinarian that the dog was spayed/neutered. The $50 deposit will then be returned to the adopter.​
